“We have worked with Ally and Dennis on three separate occasions: buying our first home, selling to move off the island, and most recently buying a place on the island again. Throughout all of these events, they have been truly wonderful people and highly skilled professionals. Our favorite memory with them was when were looking for our first home. We found a listing that we were interested in, and they immediately arranged a viewing for us on New Years Day. We ended up loving the place and putting an offer in, and they took a good chunk of the day with us to see the place, talk about the process, walk us through the paperwork, and give us clear instructions for our next steps.
